What's Included in the Independent Audit?
Boulay, the independent service auditor, evaluated Beanstack over several months based to:
- Understand the Beanstack digital platform, service commitments, and system requirements.
- Assess whether Beanstack’s effectively assessed risks and met applicable Trust Services Criteria.
- Test whether those controls operated effectively to support Beanstack’s service commitments and system requirements.
Successfully completing the audit builds on Beanstack's broader commitment to student and reader privacy, including our adherence to FERPA, COPPA, and the Student Privacy Pledge.
